The Capture NCIC Pin # section allows a user to add or edit their 4-digit NCIC Pin #.  The NCIC Pin # is used with the user's NCIC Certificate to verify the user is authorized to run investigative queries and access the NCIC system (per CJIS Security Policy).  An Administrator must have previously generated the user's NCIC User Certificate.
